The Cedar Chest is a full-service fine jewelry store with customer service and attention to detail. Providing the best possible service both during and after a purchase has always been our goal. We pride ourselves not only on our extensive selection, but on the workmanship and value of the jewelry in our store. We stand behind what we sell and make every effort to keep our clients happy. Periodic “jewelry check-ups” are done at no charge, including cleaning and tightening any loose stones.
Returns are accepted on jewelry purchases made within 14 days. A refund or store credit will be issued provided the jewelry is in original condition. Custom sized or designed jewelry and special orders are non-refundable.
