The Cedar Chest Fine Jewelry began as a souvenir gift store founded by John and Pat Zambuto in 1975. One small showcase with a few 14kt. gold sealife charms and gold chains has evolved into an impressive full-service jewelry store with a base of over 6,000 satisfied clients and friends.
Our decision to offer 14kt. gold sealife brought out the creative talents within the store to develop our very own exclusive in-house collection of Sanibel Nature Jewelry. We were the first store on Sanibel to offer Island Theme jewelry accented with diamonds. Over the years, our Sanibel Nature Collection of unique designs has grown to hundreds of pieces enjoyed by visitors from around the world who share our appreciation for the beauty of Sanibel.
As The Cedar Chest Fine Jewelry grew and expanded to a larger location, we were able to showcase the jewelry designs of many additional talented artisans. Today we offer the latest styles and trends in fashionable fine jewelry, as well as handcrafted coin and artifact jewelry.
