Store History
The Cedar Chest Fine Jewelry of Sanibel Island,
Florida began as a dream for founders John and Pat Zambuto. Sanibel
residents since 1972, John and Pat established a jewelry and gift
shop in Sanibel's first shopping center.
Founded in 1975, The Cedar Chest is a favorite
Sanibel Island destination for locals, vacationers, and day trippers
from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and all of Southwest Florida.

Pat's love of nature and the unspoiled beauty of Sanibel Island's
beaches,
birds,
sea
life, and tropical
foliage is the inspiration for many of the most unique and creative
pieces of fine jewelry you'll find anywhere.
Pat created the the island's first Sanibel Nature
jewelry collection, and The Cedar Chest's exclusive Sanibel Nature
Collection includes rings,

tropical
